Eligibility and purpose
Vairi is intended for adults aged 18 and over who are seeking meaningful conversations and authentic connections. The service is designed for thoughtful dialogue and genuine human connection, not for dating or romantic purposes. By using Vairi you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information when completing the onboarding quiz and creating their account, so the AI can make thoughtful introductions. All users are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy: harassment, discrimination, hate speech, abusive behaviour and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Matching and content
Introductions are curated by the AI based on your onboarding answers and psychological compatibility profile — one thoughtful introduction at a time, with no swiping and no public profiles — and may change over time as your profile evolves or the algorithm improves. Conversations are private between matched users. Automated moderation scans messages for safety and policy violations, and repeated violations lead to account suspension. If you opt in, the AI concierge may learn non-sensitive details from your own messages to improve future introductions; this is off by default and never includes the other person's messages.
Account termination
Vairi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse, harassment, spam, illegal activities, or behaviour that disrupts the platform or harms other users. Users may delete their own accounts at any time through account settings or by contacting support at hello@vairi.app.
Limitation of liability
Vairi provides a platform for conversations but is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of user interactions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and Vairi does not guarantee specific matching outcomes or lasting connections.
Modifications
Vairi may update these Terms of Service at any time. Users are notified of significant changes via email or through the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance. For questions about these terms, contact hello@vairi.app.
