Vairi Community Guidelines

The rules

• Minimum age: Vairi is for adults 18 and over. Age is self-declared at sign-up; accounts believed to belong to minors are removed.
• Harassment and threats: no threats, intimidation, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop.
• Discrimination and hate: no slurs or attacks based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Sexual content: Vairi is not a dating or hookup app. Unsolicited sexual messages, requests for explicit photos, or pressuring someone toward romantic or sexual contact are not allowed.
• Grooming and pressure tactics: asking someone to keep a conversation secret, pushing to meet alone before trust is established, or language designed to isolate or pressure another user is treated as a serious violation.
• Spam and solicitation: no advertising, promoting other apps or services, mass messaging, or using Vairi to sell anything.
• Impersonation: do not pretend to be someone else, use another person's photos, or misrepresent who you are.
• Doxxing and stalking: no sharing someone's address, workplace, or identifying details without consent, and no tracking down a match's other social profiles without them offering first.
• Meeting in person: Vairi does not organise or supervise offline meetings; see Safety & Reporting for basic precautions.

How reports and enforcement work

Every message is automatically screened before it sends, using a keyword filter and an AI moderation check. A blocked message is never delivered and counts as one strike; a third strike automatically suspends the account. You can also report a user directly from a conversation: reports go to the Vairi team for manual review and can lead to suspension or a permanent ban regardless of strike count.

Appeals

If you think a suspension or block was a mistake, email safety@vairi.app with your account email and what happened. A person on the team reads every request.
